A whole pasture raised lamb ready for butcher between mid-January and early April. When lambs are approx. 110lbs I deliver to the butcher, giving a final product of around 50-55 pounds of delicious farm meat ready for your table. This is the best value product. You make a deposit with your order and $6 per pound calculated based on hanging weight, I will subtract your deposit from the total invoice. Remainder of invoice is due when the final product is delivered. Butcher will call you directly for cutting instructions.

This is a great option if you want to pick your own cuts of meat. Butcher will call you directly to go over cutting instructions and processing fee. You have the option of picking up at Provost Packers or at our farm store (address available upon completed purchase). Butcher fees payable upon pick-up
