Here I will explore all things farm...our grain operation and my journey in learning and implementing sustainable practices for pasture-raised, grass-fed lamb, some recipes and of course the shenanigans that accompany sheep...

I love the farm! I am a fourth generation Canadian farm girl. Growing up, I loved the camaraderie and family connectedness of the farm, along with the wide open spaces and the independence they gave me.
When I married my high school sweetheart we moved into our local village and spent 15 years raising our family there. Still I never stopped dreaming of living on the farm again. Nearly 20 years ago the opportunity arose to get more involved and my husband and I jumped in with both feet. We moved our family back to his families farm where we now farm alongside my brother and his children.
About 10 years ago we added a couple of sheep to fulfil our youngest child's "lifelong dream" of becoming a Shepherd. A few years later his passion faded, but I was hooked. What began as a small hobby quickly became a passion.
Today I'm focussed on learning and building sustainable practises like rotational grazing to care for the land that is been passed down through generations. I grew up eating lamb and now strive to provide my family and your families with quality pasture raised, lamb. Healthy, flavorful, and raised with care, right here on our farm through my own little flock. I'm grateful to share our story and our products with you.
